If you are looking for a hvac system, call Vitt. It will be well worth your time. Vitt installed a Trane heat pump and air handler system in my house in one day. Huge comfort improvement over the old system. Their personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer a my questions. Removed my old furnace and a/c, cleaned up the work area well. Very satisfied. Had Vitt out to do a check just to be sure everything in the system was ok,, wife was hearing a noise. Jordan was sent same day. He listened to what we were hearing, explained what it could be, very patient and knowledgeable. Checked the whole system, verified it was operating properly and in good condition. Great customer service! Very satisfied.

03 December 2025 Cole was my service technician today. He did a fantastic job repairing/replacing natural gas lines to my furnace and water heater. When Spire flagged my Nat gas line for a leak he stopped checking after finding one. Cole ran a pressure test and found approximately 7 more plus the initial leak detected by spire. Totaling approximately 8 Natural Gas leaks. Vitt your technician's attention to detail goes above and beyond. Thank you so much, I'm definitely a happy customer.

Vitt Heating and Cooling came to our rescue this past weekend to get our furnace up and running before the expected cold weather came through! We had a gas leak in our furnace and had to wait on a replacement part to come in …causing us to be without use of our furnace for three days. But when the part came in, they came out and made the repair. The service manager and repair techs were super! I would have given 5 stars were it not for one frustrating conversation with a less than professional individual who seemed intent on hindering the process. But EVERYONE else was great. THANKS VITT!

Had our blower motor go out and Vitt sent out assigned tech, Cole, out same day on a Friday. Cole did a full system diagnostic for $125. Then when he identified it was indeed the blower and not a power issue or something else, he went over all our options with up front pricing. I want to note that Cole was extremely friendly and so was the gal (I believe her name is Carly, she was great!) that was in contact with us for scheduling the diagnostic and work. I also liked that Cole was assigned to do the work on Monday when the part came in. Great experience from beginning to end! Appreciate the thorough communication throughout the process and how fast everything got fixed.
