Really bad customer service. Waited over 14 weeks for the sofa and it arrived with 4 holes for the screws missing and there’s a lump in the sofa which has not settled 2 weeks later. The delivery guys had noted the faults and said the shop technician would come and sort the faults. When we phoned the shop straight away to tell them about the faults they were completely dismissive about it even though the delivery guys informed them of the faults themselves with photos. It has now been 2 weeks since the sofa arrived and no one has been out to sort the sofa that we paid ££££ for. Do not go near.
Really enjoyed working with Angela today. Lovely interaction and very grateful for the service and knowledge she provided us. Excited for our new sofa to arrive in august or sept! UPDATE: We have ordered swatches to be able to see the colours and to finalise the order. We still have not received them and they have been ordered 4 times by Angela and Cory. We are not sure what the hold up is, but this will likely push back our delivery date of the sofa. We hope that the company can sort this out so that we can move forward with the order. We have spent a lot of money on the deposit alone and are hoping this can be resolved. I will continue to update this review through the experience.
We purchased Natuzzi sofa’s a number of years ago and the quality was excellent so when we wanted to change the style we looked around and I visited the Straiton store where I was met by a very experienced sales assistant called Angela who pointed out various styles to me. Despite there being a deal on that ended that day (bank holiday) she was not pushy in any way and was personable without being overbearing. I went in with my husband the following week and she recognised me straight away ! Once again she answered our questions showing her expert knowledge. I appreciated the space she gave us to discuss. Overall an excellent experience made very easy ! Thanks to Angela….
Angela at the Edinburgh store was very informative, friendly, certainly wasn’t pushy from a sales point of view. She made us feel very welcome at the store and we ordered with confidence. Great Knowledge of the product ace !
