I’m new to mobile detailing, and I stayed up all night watching YouTube videos—learning how to clean, seeing different soaps, and getting excited to the point where I was adding a lot of items to my cart. I was honestly about to spend a lot of money. When I went into the store in person, it was the complete opposite experience—in the best way possible. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I needed. Instead of trying to upsell me, he actually made sure I didn’t overspend. That’s something you don’t get at many places. He helped me choose the right products and even encouraged me to combine them with items I already had at home. I ended up buying five products (liquids), two towels, a blower, and a large bag—and spent way less than I expected. The whole experience surprised me in a good way. There was no pressure, the environment was great, and the customer service was on point. I truly appreciated the respect they showed, especially knowing I’m a new detailer and that they didn’t try to take advantage of that. They definitely earned a repeat customer. I highly recommend this store to anyone—new or experienced.
Its always really refreshing to walk in to a business that maintains it's aesthetic and internal culture uniform through out. Everytime I walk in to anything involving chemical guys I get knowledgeable professional and yet pleasantly laid back and personable. Detail garage has hired some great people who clearly like what they do and are very willing and open to making sure you get exactly what you're looking for. I came in for a class on paint correction and Chris was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had about paint correction and I'm glad I can now do this my self armed with the knowledge and confidence on how to do it right (and save a couple hundred dollars while I'm at it). Definitely stop by, the place has everything you need if you're a professional or just someone who wants to give your car some love and attention. They have a huge selection of products for all levels of car owners.
The dude there was so chill I forgot his name but he was excited as soon as i walked in he sounded like he enjoyed working there brightened my mood as soon as he started asking me what I needed and knew how to Make a sale and recommended me some good products . Came there for one thing ended up buying $200 dollars worth of stuff and gave me a good 25% off only reason I didn’t buy more was because my gf was with me lol but great guy def recommend
Great place! Everything you need for auto detailing, including classes and demos. Tons of choices of product. Thx for the help with the clay bar choice and I'll be back.
First time to go here, seen it there just never stopped in. Their customer service is amazing. Danielle helped us out and could not have been any nicer or helpful. Great customer service is hard to find these days, thanks for having it. Just stopped in to check the place out and because of Danielle went ahead and bought a couple things. Tried some soap that is designed for black cars, and a micro fiber mitten since my out is needs to be trashed. Then I had to go home and wash my car and try out the products. The soap was amazing, pulled the dirt right off without much effort. At the end the bucket had black water in it. First time to use a hand mitten, it made it a lot easier. Good place to check out if you want upper scale products to detail your car.
