We love total wine and we will continue to shop there. However, our visit on January 10 was a bit inappropriate. We had a sample from one of the representatives there and as a sales person, she asked outright what our thoughts were about Venezuela. We stated we unfortunately dont care to have the conversation. We thanked her for the one sample we took and walked away. We felt this was not the best way for her to try to promote the product she was presenting and was confused about why she would even mention it. We know this was not a reflection on total wines but feel that better salesmanship could have been taught to her.
Total Wine has a huge selection of liquor, spirits, and local beers. They offer different brands with a variety of pricing. Which is helpful for those of us watching our budget! And of course the staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.
Large liquor, wine, beer store. They have every imaginable option in stock. On weekends they offer samples. Very popular. We attended one of their classes on a Saturday led by Travis, unlocking your home bar. Learned about all liquors and tasted about 8 different cocktails. Highly recommend!
A place where you can find everything, very good attention, I love it.
I decided to try the online ordering service since it was my wedding anniversary. I had no want to be in any store, but I needed wine for the fridge. I had a very specific shopping list. I was consciously looking for wines from black-owned wineries. I'm surprised I was able to find a number of the wineries on my list. Clearly, I'd love a really deep selection, but this is a great start. I picked a time, waited for the email, and rolled over. Once you select your parking spot, you use the email to alert the store to where you're waiting. My order was 3 boxes, so I figured it would be more than a minute for someone to arrive. The young lady rolled out, checked my identity, and safely helped me load my purchase. Although I do enjoy shopping this location (folks are courteous and do help you find what you're looking for), I will use this service again to save time. It's also great to know the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Last detail: tasting hours are Thursday thru Saturday 12 - 8 pm.
