It was an okay experience. I didn't like that there website was difficult and that they had computer issues at the shop, but when we finally decided on what to purchase it was a smooth transaction. It was a casual conversation and no pressure into buying something more expensive.

I picked my ring up today everything was perfect, done beyond expectations in timely manner 10/10 recommend! Dickson's did a fantastic job fulfilling my husband's wish to incorporate two ram heads from an old watch that belonged to his father, with a smart watch. Couldn't have been more pleased. Did I mention the price I was charged to do this was phenomenal. Check them out!
