This location is fantastic! Ann is such a personable and wonderful manager she made it so easy to go in and find the ring that was right for my fiancé after hers broke! I am raving about this place, and I don’t rave. Can’t go wrong coming here, 5 stars. Also hi Ann!
The employees were extremely nice however seemed to lack knowledge. I brought 2 stones in to be identified. I was told they were both synthetic, which I knew could not be the case. I took them to Oliver Smiths and they were immediately identified as Spinel and Heliodor. Glad I didn't chuck them, thinking they were synthetic.
I needed to re-size my 38 year old wedding ring and they did a wonderful job, especially since it had specific band. It looked like the original band, only now it fits great. They also strengthened the prongs which I didn't consider having an issue but Annie observed that a couple needed to be tightened to secure the center stone. They did an awesome job and completed the work sooner than expected.
My mom and I had a great experience! She had several pieces to be looked at that she wanted to sell. We were given a very clear and comprehensive explanation of the jewelry, and what it was. They ended up purchasing 2 of her rings with a fair price. My mom was extremely pleased with their offer, and we left very happy. Their appraiser that day (I think was Randy? I’m so sorry if I got your name wrong) was so lovely to talk with and explained everything. He made us feel comfortable and walked us through the process. It was easy and we would definitely recommend them.
We took in my mother’s wedding rings to be resized for my engagement. Not only were they welcoming and so kind. They helped me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and more! I got my rings back sooner than expected and in beautiful condition. They fit perfectly and looked as if I bought them right out of the shop. Nelson’s also helped my finance find out his ring size. They had a gorgeous selection of jewelry! Most of all they are fair, affordable, and work with you on options. For me, the personalized experience and genuine connection was what really stood out. Thank you guys so much!!
