Review for Discount Tire – Completely Unacceptable Workmanship I took my vehicle to this Discount Tire location this afternoon for what should have been a simple job: replacing two rear tires. Instead, I came home to find that the technicians had damaged the frame of my vehicle by placing their jacks in the wrong location. This is not a minor oversight — this is basic, day‑one training for anyone who works on cars. The fact that this happened tells me everything I need to know about the level of training and attention to detail at this shop. I drive a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the Ultimate Package. It’s not a bargain SUV, and I expect any professional shop to treat it with the care it deserves. What I got instead was rushed, careless work from people who clearly prioritized speed over quality. If the goal is to push cars through as fast as possible, congratulations — but it came at the cost of damaging my vehicle. I’ve attached photos showing the damage so there’s no question about what happened. This should never occur at a reputable tire shop. I’m extremely disappointed, and I will absolutely be reconsidering where I take my vehicles in the future. If this is the standard of workmanship here, customers deserve to know before trusting their cars to this location.

Ian!!!! Amazing person with great customer experience!! He took care of all my needs and did everything I could of asked for and more! He listened and made me feel at home and like he was a good friend and not just some upset at his job worker with a poor attitude. Even if he was having a rough bad day I couldn't even tell. I will definitely be coming back for any future needs and also recommend this place especially Ian if you want a great experience. Thanks again! P.S. The workers were also quick and efficient at the job and had me all set up and took care of my car like it was their own. In and out! everyone that was there today deserved praise.

The team at Discount Tire is AWESOME! We booked online and were helped at the designated appointment time. One hour service to change out four tires on a mobile grooming van is fantastic service. Additionally, the team shared their knowledge with me regarding a recommended tire maintenance schedule. I appreciate the exceptional customer service and their willingness to share their knowledge. I will not go anywhere else for tires! This team is simply THE BEST!

Dropped off new rims and TPMS sensors to have the tires I ordered mounted and balanced. The tire purchase included the TPMS mounting kit. I eneded up waiting in the waiting room, it only took them about 15 min to get all four wheels done. Great job!
