Eco Roofing was great to work with. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and courteous. They were efficient and communicative. The entire process from getting a free quote to having repairs done was seamless. I would definitely recommend them.

Within 2 days of contacting Ecoroofing we had a Roofing Specialist on site and a custom quote in our hands. Ecoroof answered all my questions and suggested some improvements to my very complicated roof. The roofers arrived on time all 5 days of my job and did excellent work (for up to 10 hours a day!). A foreman was onsite multiple times a day to review and explain the progress to me. My tiles are now completely straight, flashing is installed properly, new fascias are painted and installed, and all vent/pipes are sealed and painted. We are extremely satisfied with both the finished product and the experience at Ecoroofing. I would absolutely recommend eco roofing to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest roofing contractor.

I have mixed feelings about Eco Roofing. The final workmanship seems fine, but the communication and project management were very frustrating. They removed my underlayment during a period of consistent rain, even though rain was clearly in the forecast for the entire week. They also knew they did not have all the necessary supplies to complete the repair the same day, despite it being scheduled as a one-day job. As a result, I ended up with more active leaks than I had before the work started. In the fall of 2024, I paid thousands of dollars for repairs that were supposed to fix a leak, but ultimately turned out to be unnecessary. I also had to spend thousands more to have six AC units removed from my roof so those repairs could be done. Even after they examined the leak from inside the building—which should have helped pinpoint the issue outside—I still had to direct them to the exact area myself. That just didn’t make sense. They did eventually get the issue resolved, but it took far more time, money, and effort than it should have. If the problem had been thoroughly diagnosed from the inside from the beginning, this could have been a much smoother and less expensive experience. Overall, the work itself seems acceptable, but poor communication, planning, and diagnostics created unnecessary stress and cost. I’d recommend Eco Roofing only with caution, and advise future customers to be very clear about scheduling, ensuring they have the required materials to complete the job if it’s raining (🤯), and thorough leak investigation before work begins. After it is all said and done, the tiles don’t even line up flush along the edge like they used to. I’m hoping that’s not going to be an issue going forward.

From initial quote to final walk through this company provided quality service. To answering my questions or concerns, they were answered immediately. A date to get the repair done was provided promptly. Their customer service was top notch with constant communication on leading up to the repair date. The repair was done, working sunrise to sundown to get the job done timely. We were provided with a drone video and photos once the project was complete. A great company to do business with.
