Cindy has been amazing! She has been available and returns all calls and messages the same day. She helped me with some of the few minor issues that I have encountered in the move in process, making it a smooth process. I am so happy for all of her hard work and helping me rent my apartment!
I met Cindy at a home I wanted to rent, and she was a ray of sunshine from our first handshake! She was SO kind and patient with me and all my million questions! She texted back and forth with me many times after the first showing and continued to answer all my questions. She considered all of my concerns and addressed them immediately, always keeping in touch with me about any changes in the home and progress with how things were moving along. I have met many managers of house rentals, and Cindy is one of the best I’ve met, without a doubt. She is knowledgeable about the home, helpful with the application process, and more than willing to give me time to think and process what I learned from seeing the house and the owner’s expectations. She remained patient and helpful—and she was so kind to me, whether I ended up renting the house or not. I want to work with her again! I cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about Cindy. Edinhart is SO lucky to have her on their team. She is FANTASTIC!
Cindy @Edinhart is awesome! She exemplifies what it is to be customer service focused especially in a time where that is lacking in many businesses. Cindy answered every question we had regarding possibly renting out our home as it would have been out first time doing so. Ultimately we went with another option which was to sell our home. Since our move came due to a work relocation, we had to go with the realtor brokerage provided through my work or we would had definitely worked with Cindy as our realtor. Even though she wasn't our agent, she checked in periodically and continued to follow up on our home sale and move showing genuine interest in our move. I recommend Cindy for all your rental and realtor needs!
