Brittany Olivares and Iron Key guided us through every step of our first home purchase (which just happened to be of our dream home). The entire experience could not have been better. Any issue that came up, they either resolved themselves, or told us how to resolve it; on the flip side, they weren't responsible for any of the issues that came up. They are problem solvers, not problem creators. Perhaps most importantly, Brittany managed to beat a superior cash offer by selling us--as buyers--to the seller. That really says something. Great company, great people.

Wow. Unbelievable experience with Gracelyn and Frankie Martinez. & not in a good way.. I reached out to multiple real estate agents in my due diligence process to vet the best person to back my home buying experience. Their team proceeded to setup a 10:30am appointment with me and in the process sent a very peculiar and unwarranted message. They told me "mass-mailing any and all agents was a little red-flag -ish - but I'm happy to hear how you're looking to be helped tomorrow at 10:30" I then replied with confirmation of the 10:30 meeting and that I was unsure of how my actions were red flagish. I was looking forward to their explanation even though the message was off putting, I was still open to hearing what they had to say. Unfortunately, they never got back to me and the whole experience was distasteful. I am unsure of others experiences but I am only sharing mine in hopes that it helps those looking to purchase real estate in the Fresno area.

This review is for Regina and Kathy. Let me start off by saying this is the second time that Regina has helped me purchase a home. The first time was at Granville where she helped me purchase my first home. I decided to hire her again when she moved to Iron Key Real Estate. She helped me find an investment home that matched all of my criteria. It wasn't easy, especially in this market but Regina and Kathy was determined to help me. They are professional, honest, helpful, determined, knowledgeable, and responsive agents. The list goes on and I can give many examples of each quality but that would make the review too long. I will hire them again for my next real estate investment. If you are looking for agents who will uphold their fiduciary duties then you have to ask for Regina and Kathy

I am so happy I went with Iron Key and was helped by Alex and Maurice they listened to what I was looking for in a house while my husband was on deployment. Not only did they show me at all times of the day but always went the extra mile. They found us our home 🏠 and my husband came home to his first home. I love that they even went the extra extra mile after our purchase and made sure we were happy. I will tell you if you go with them you will NOT be unhappy they are the BEST !!! Thank you 😊 both for making our dreams come true!!!
