They walked me through how they planned to do to address the problem and how long it would take and then ultimately fixed the problem in that time span, for a very fair price. ENP recently installed a heat pump water heater for us and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. They are clear, responsive, and trustworthy communicators before, during, and after the job and they do outstanding plumbing work. They attended thoughtfully to every detail of installing our water heater. They also were happy to let me do the electrical part of the install, which I appreciated. Their charges were reasonable.
