I cannot say enough good things about this emergency vet. I have been here multiple times with my dog, both during the day and in the middle of the night, and every visit has been the best experience possible given how scary those situations were. The staff is kind, understanding, honest, and always took the time to explain options. They made me feel comfortable and confident that my dog was safe in their care. Being able to leave her overnight with complete trust is the biggest compliment I can give
Eve has been the saving grace for our girl, Etta. She was diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease as well as incontinence and liver issues. We visited Eve 3-4 times when she was experiencing pain, nausea and overall discomfort. They treated Etta very well and each Vet was wonderful. Dr. Robinson was our first Vet there and she exuded such care with Etta and never pushed for multiple tests when we already had them done. Most reasonable emergency care clinic we have ever been too. Love the dedication and knowledge of the entire staff and their individuality. Etta has now gone to an internal medicine dr is now on the mend with new medications and food. Thank you EVE team!!!!
Great team! All very compassionate, even when you’re sobbing on the phone worried about your pet. One of the only non-corporate ERs around. I’ve shopped around for affordable care, and since they don’t pay the corporate middle man, their costs are much more reasonable. Shitten says thank you for having a cat ward and being so feline friendly to make his visits less stressful
We had to bring our 14 year old dog, Sugar in as she was in severe kidney failure per our vet. When we arrived we were greeted quickly and evaluated. She was admitted and the vet talked through everything and answered all our questions. She was very honest in the most empathetic way. We left knowing they would do everything possible, but her chances of recovery were very minimal. We came back the following morning and made the heart wrenching decision to let her go. The staff was empathetic, kind, informative, understanding and supportive. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and we were in the room when she took her last breath. They coordinated her cremation and sent a very heartfelt card signed by everyone. While we’re still devastated we would recommend EVE to anyone. Thank you!!🥹💔
Our experience at eve was great from start to finish. They met us at the door ready to help and you can tell that every single person who works there cares for animals and their owners. They saw to my baby within minutes and came back with a diagnosis and options for treatment. The best experience I’ve ever had at an animal ER and will definitely be going to them for all my emergencies
