Bought an expensive necklace ($398)on 11/25. When I took it home I realized it was poor quality (macrame, string). I brought it back 11/29 with tags on and receipt. They would not refund me and informed me they only take any returns for store credit. I will not be shopping this store going forward. Just bad business model. Update: owner did reach out and was very courteous and solution oriented around my frustration. Their return policy is as I mentioned above so likely won't be back. However as long as you are cool with the policy the owner was lovely.
Here's what I love best about Evie Lou. Whether I'm looking for an outfit to knock their eyes out or the right piece to fit into what I already have in my closet, I can find it there!! Plus, Kim and Tracy and Stephanie and Christine are THE BEST fashion consultants.
I just got some fabulous boots on sale at Evie Lou, but I wanted to give a shout out to these folks. They have curated some amazing looks. I especially like the footwear. But they can outfit you for anything. And they are very kind, totally grounded. I will return, more often even though it's a bit of a schlep!
In preparation for a summer wedding/trip, I have been buying—and then sadly returning—dresses from many stores all summer. Then, ta-da, I shopped Eve Lou for the win! Love both dresses & the speedy shipping. Thanks!
I ordered an Alembika tunic from Evie Lou and UPS misplaced the package during the holiday shuffle. Kim put a trace on it right away and the package was found. She was very helpful while we waited for the package to be found and even reached out to the company to see if they had a replacement. Wonderful customer service. The tunic is also very cute! Thank you so much.
