Excellent experience and even better instructor! I cannot thank Marcelo enough on how much he helped me learn how to drive and getting comfortable on the road. Without his support, I wouldn’t have been able to pass my road test. The school is the best place to go, especially if you want a supportive and caring instructor like Marcelo!
My husband had a great experience at E-Z Wheels. The girls at the front desk have been a wonderful support especially with his restricted schedule they were able to accommodate him. The guys at the yard all made it possible for him to pass his road test on the first try. Amazing service, they truly care for their students.
I am a confused on the previous comment stating the poor costumer service since I had a great experience with EZ Wheels Driving School in Union City. The employees on the phone are patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explain everything clearly and make you feel comfortable, even if you’re nervous or new to driving. Scheduling lessons was easy, and they were always punctual and flexible. I really appreciated how they focused on safety, real-life driving situations, and building confidence, not just passing the test.
