Hi, just moved to Mesa from Queen Creek and I’ve immediately noticed that this fat cats location portions off their food selection are REALLY slim. I ordered just chicken strips and fries-($50.00 )and basically it look like a kid size portion. However the cashier and staff that served me were really nice. I also Ordered all food to go and the kitchen brought it out without it being placed in to go boxes. Some sort of breakdown of communication which happens but please do better fat cats. SAM was amazing in fixing all of the concerns.
We had a fantastic time at FatCats. The best part was the gentleman at the concessions. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed like he wanted to be there! I huge breath of fresh air as that seems hard to come by these days. He made our visit to this location feel welcoming. We will 100 % be back!

Great place, been to the Mesa location 20+ times and never have had an issue, arcade is great, movies are cheap with great seats and almost 0 ads! Bowling is also very fun and great for kids. Also, staff is super accommodating! I will say the mini golf is fun but more of a 1 and done experience. Worst experiences I had were quickly and smoothly resolved by staff, I got my $400+ arcade card stolen and was quickly given a new one with an additional credit for the hassle even though they are not reliable, very kind! Secondly, at the movie theater I once scheduled a movie for me and 4 others but it was for a private showing that was accidentally opened and once we arrived (5 minutes late I may say) the staff gave us free tickets and a refund for the old ones with the same exact seats we had had, plus it was a showing 10 minutes later so we didn't miss a thing! P.S. my favorite arcade card design has to be the fully black!
The boys bathroom not only has the changing table for babies but also spare diapers and wipes! Now the table was a little slanted but nothing maintenance couldn't fix. The movies are so cheap but I suppose that's why everything else feels so overpriced. When it comes to the putt-putt golf, I'd recommend the pirate themed Gilbert location over this alien themed one because it's a little more spacious, the murals are more visible, and everything is in working order. This location seemed to have a few black lights off and there was a cool intricate machine with lights and buttons but none of them seemed to do anything and some were damaged/missing. Still worth the visit for us because the final hole was very cool to my kids.
