We used to have a membership and loved going. It was clean, everything was working, and I wasn’t nervous about anything being broken. Today, we went and it was just horrible. Dirty, things falling apart, and just plain unsafe for the kids. I spoke with the people who were working there and they graciously gave us some free play passes for the inconvenience, but I will not be hurrying back anytime soon. Such a shame because it used to be such a great place. However, my toddler didn’t notice or understand and had a great time. Just disappointed in the upkeep.
Place is fun for 30 bucks your kid gets 90 mins of entertainment and a new pair of socks. My last visit they were renovating the reception and food area. So it was kind of a mess to look at but my son could care less. The lounge where adults can hang out was also closed. Beside the things mentioned above the place is usually really well ran and well kept. I hope things get better once the construction is done.
This place is amazing! My son has so much energy, even after playing at school. Staff is super friendly and great! Just had our son’s 7th birthday party there and they were super helpful and accommodating for my family who one person is in a wheelchair and needs to be close to the restrooms. If you need a place to take your youngins for them to let out some energy this is definitely a good place for that!
This place has gone downhill very quickly and the owners seem to not really care. My kids have a membership here but we had not gone in a couple months and we finally went back last week and this is when I noticed how poorly maintained it was. None of the massage chairs or games work. There is a literal electric cord running through one of the jump areas, trash everywhere, everything is ripped up or damaged just to name a few. Most likely won’t renew my membership here considering the condition and cleanliness of this place. Not sure if the one in Chandler is any better.
We’ve been about 4-5 times over the last few years and our first visit or two we didn’t have many complaints. But our last few visits (including our most recent one last week) it was very apparent that this place is dirty, quite literally falling apart, and even borderline dangerous. Doors missing chunks, ripped up foam benches and walkways (some patched with duct tape), screws sticking out of non-functioning rides in the toddler area (imagine a child smacking their head on that thing), and a spinning wheel that could easily pull a child’s arm out of its socket if they got hung up in the deteriorating hanging fabric. Not to mention completely empty ball pits and building block areas, loads of other broken and non-functioning equipment, uneven flooring that’s easily tripped over, and, of course, no paper towels in the restroom. Do not bring your children here and do not give this business your money until they are committed to fixing/improving these terrible conditions and ensuring that it is clean and safe with functioning attractions. Shame on whoever owns this business and allowed it to reach this state.
