Open on Sunday. Fast in and out. No upsell, no non-sense. Straight to the point. Let them know I needed a smog check, handed them the DMV letter, and done. Price was nice as well. This place is around the corner from me, I just never noticed it tucked in the same lot as the car wash.

Moved to Los Angeles over 2 years ago from the east coast and when I learned about smog tests, I didn’t know where to go for a smog test. Sure enough one of my roommates recommended me to this location and I’m so happy I went here. I’ve already been to this location 2 times. The experience was a quick in and out in no time, reasonable good fair price and the owner is very friendly! Go here for your smog test! Update: February 2026 Been living in LA for over 4 years now and this has still been my go to place for a smog test! The shop owner is very friendly, he had me in and out within 10-15 minutes and he made the whole smog process very easy. I gave him my paperwork and then I just stood to the side while he performed the task. Smog test are done every 2 years and if I’m still living in the same area come my next smog check, I’ll be absolutely sure to come here again! And for everyone else, come to this location! Again, very friendly owner and he’ll have you in and out within minutes! Even though I’m writing this review a month after my smog test, to the shop owner I just wanted to say thank you for a stress-free process!

Very good place. The gentleman who serves you is Asian but speaks Spanish and English. You can go without an appointment, but sometimes there's a wait. There's a car wash next door. I recommend it.
