I had a wonderful experience with Fix Auto South San Jose, especially with Victor. From the very beginning, he made everything feel much more manageable. He was kind and patient, and he explained things clearly and helped me understand my options. Throughout the process, he kept me updated when needed and also assisted with rental car logistics and insurance communication. His professionalism and genuine care made the repair experience quite smooth. The paint work looks beautiful. The color of the repainted areas blends naturally with the rest of the vehicle, and the overall finish looks fresh and cohesive. Seeing it in person made me smile. Overall, I’m very happy with the customer service, the communication, and how the paint work turned out. Victor’s sincerity, professionalism, and the way he truly looks out for his customers made a real difference. I really appreciate everything he and the team did.

Had a very positive experience here. They handled everything with insurance, I barely spoke to my adjuster. They updated me frequently with the status of my car. This was the best shop I have ever had to work with and will be recommending to people I know.

I had a fantastic experience at Fix Auto Collision. They were very communicative, walking me through exactly what needed to be done to my rear bumper. They promised a two-day turnaround, and they delivered right on schedule. The extra touch of a full wash and detail was an unexpected bonus that really showed their commitment to great service. All services were excellent. Victor took great care of customer service. I received weekly updates via text about my damaged car, and the repairs were done very thoroughly.
