Sean the Electrician was supremely professional and competent, quickly assessing our electrical problem and then providing a solid and relatively prompt solution. I was concerned that the repair would involve running new lines and added expenses but that was not the case. I also appreciated Sean’s explanations and patience as he allowed me to shadow his work and ask questions. Most importantly, my wife and I are able to sleep peacefully now, with this nagging circuit problem finally and safely resolved.

Replaced a ton of light switches with modern, but fussy, ones and upgraded our two Nest thermostats. Always great communication and wonderful service. There was a minor issue with one of the light switches, and they came back to fix it at no charge. Would definitely recommend.

Sapphire picked up the phone right away and scheduled an electrician to look at my problem the same week. The tech, Shawn, was very professional and diagnosed the cause within 30 minutes. He did a great job of explaining the issue and what may have caused it. He provided a quote on the spot and explained every line item for me. The following week, Shawn came out to complete the work, and it fixed more issues that I didn't even know I had! He walked through the work he did and we tested everything to make sure I was happy. Sapphire's experienced electrician was great! Very knowledgeable and gave clear explanations of what he was checking and seeing. His diagnosis was correct; we had a problem at the pole which is ComEd's responsibility. He was able to get a truck from Comed within about 12 hours to fix the connection. Sean was very polite and cordial. I highly recommend Sapphire.
