Very nice and service was immaculate. We had reservations for 6p to celebrate my birthday. Loved the meat sampling experience. The carmel charbroiled cheesecake was amazing, topped with fruit sauce. Had to flip my card to red because I got full super quickly. We definitely got our bang for buck. Food was fresh and delicious. Clean bathrooms are always a plus as well. Loved the ambiance, maybe I'm a tad biased because we got an entire private room to ourselves LOVED IT!!💜💜💜 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

First time visiting this location since they’ve opened and our experience was amazing! Kevin was so helpful and knowledgeable of the options in order to assist us in picking the best meal. The atmosphere was welcoming, cheerful and luxurious! The chicken, smoked salmon, lamb and pork belly were my faves. Kevin even gave us free dessert to go! Will be visiting again and maybe thinking of having a private event in the future! Thank you for the wonderful experience ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had such a great dining experience! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Special shout-out to Nuria, the assistant manager, who went above and beyond—she personally prepared the meats just the way I like them (well-done!), which made the whole experience even better. Everything—from the food to the atmosphere to the service—was top-tier. They truly cater to your preferences and make sure you leave happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this location! 🥩✨

We came to celebrate my 44th birthday with a family lunch. The atmosphere is excellent, the food is delicious, and the service is top tier. The staff at the Richmond location was attentive and the pace gave us time to enjoy the food and not feel rushed. Fogo also offers excellent promotions that will keep us coming back. Thomas the Turtle was satisfied with the salad bar options as well. Highly recommend!

Wow what an amazing place! Fogo De Chao is a fantastic restaraunt and bar area that is sure to please anyone with a wide variety of food dishes, great atmosphere, happy hour specials, ambiance and an amazing salad bar too! The happy hour menu has a lot of great $6.00 special entry's and a lot of great wine choices. It is an open upscale environment that can be comfortable for casual or formal dress. There is also outside seating in sun or shade which is nice when the weather is right. The food quality is a 10 out of 10 and the staff are amazing! I love the little cards on the table for green aka I need something or red aka I am good to let wait staff when there is a request. The staff at this place are the greatest gift! They care about your dining experience and clearly like their jobs and care about the customer. The best salad bar I have been to for ages and also several soups to go with. As a vegetarian person I can tell you that even though there is a lot of meat options the salad bar and other menu items are sure to please anyone including vegan diners with over 30 items on the salad bar. This is a real gem for Short Pump and the Richmond area and I am super ahppy they chose this area to provide wonderful service and a dining environment. Great for dinner, meetings, happy hour and more. Make sure you go and let them know you saw these reviews!
