I had a consult with Toby, fresh out of the sling after a double fracture of the collarbone. A truly fantastic experience, I was given a set of easy to follow exercises and instructions on how to progress these through time. Within days I noticed genuine improvement and this only multiplied from week to week. This rapid improvement allowed me to return to daily tasks and the bike quickly, much improving my outlook post injury. I also received follow up to see how I was progressing. You can’t fault real knowledge and this level of genuine interest in your recover.
I went to see Jack at the start of the year to address my awful back pain. He is an absolutely outstanding physiotherapist! Thanks to his assessment and treatment, I am now pain-free and can now bend without trouble. He benchmarked my strength and progress to help set achievable goals.
