Human Kind is a truely wholesome, impressive, and transformational community. They have nurtured my initiation and growth within yoga practice, and my holistic wellness more broadly. Since joining around 6 weeks ago I’ve felt welcomed and included, allowing me to try multiple different styles and tempos of their yoga classes across both Glenelg and the City. I have also tried mat pilates, structured mindfulness and relaxation, strength and flexibility sessions including group circuits with weights, and even accessed fantastic remedial massage on site. As a shift worker I am so happy with the range of class times, dual sites, and hybrid options with pre-recorded viewing, or live virtual attendance. Every practitioner is an expert, and a genuinely warm and caring human in their own right. Human Kind are offering their members so much, and we’re grateful for it.
After having 2 knee replacements a year ago and joining Human.kind at 8 weeks post op they have abled me to go from Foundation & slow flow classes to strong flow without ever hurting myself, the way classes are layered builds strength & flexibility. Never thought I’d be able to do mat classes again. Very happy.

I always keep my practice going here when I’m in Adelaide for work! I love this studio. I’m a very infrequent work visitor but always welcomed either a loan May and a single or 5 class pass. Such a variety of classes. The hard glow was hard! And hot! But lovely!
A true sanctuary, with the best of the best instructors ! I’ve been a member of Humankind, for 5 years now, and it truly feels like my second home. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and genuine smiles. It’s such a welcoming community, and a very peaceful space to hang out. For me, it’s more than yoga, it’s my happy place. The variety of classes, keep me strong, steady and grounded, both physically and mentally. It’s the perfect way to end my day. I always leave feeling better than, than when I arrived. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without it!
