I wish I read the reviews about Freedom Australia . Customer service is shocking and urgency is zero We bought a freedom office furniture ( custom made ) and we have been mucked around by the installer who canceled the job a day before . Now freedom vip number we are given is useless . No one is answering our email our calls to reschedule and get the furniture put together and installed . Money has been paid . Shocking ! Do not engage them
I had such a great experience at Freedom today thanks to Matt. From the moment I walked in he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, friendly and patient.. and took the time to really help me understand my options and feel confident in my choices. Nothing felt rushed or salesy.. just genuine, thoughtful advice. Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thanks so much Matt, you made the whole process a pleasure. ☺️
**UPDATE/REPLY TO OWNER REPLY** I have been dealing with Freedom Kitchens for months and still awaiting for a final resolution - they don't action anything promptly as suggested below. Original Review.. Dealing with Freedom has been the worst experience I have had with any company in my life. Kitchen is 2yrs old with buckling doors, surface rust on hinges and appliances in the kitchen that are ultra cheap and don't work as they should. Contacting Freedom for support following install is horrible - lack of accountability and ownership, don't uphold their warranty and try to put the blame back on the consumer. Recommendation: look at all of the reviews online with people in the same situation as I am before considering a kitchen or wardrobe with Freedom.
I actually had two lovely ladies help me with my purchase of two outdoor ottomans, $299 each, that was yesterday…….. Today…… I received an email saying there was a 48 hour, 25% off furniture and homewares sale. I rated the ladies who served me a 2 because I feel that because this sale was only 1 day away, it was only right that they tell me of this sale and give me the choice of whether or not I would prefer to wait and save myself $149.50 or pay full price, I can tell you now I would have waited 1 day. That is so absolutely rude of the girls, yes , but freedom furniture. I have been a loyal customer of yours for many years. As have thousands of others but this is wrong and I will not shop with freedom again. I am very angry and I believe rightly so. Two days after this post and a personal whinge I was contacted by freedom and was told that they do not know until the day of the actual sale that it is going to happen, that is a ridiculous statement, also told that even the visual merchandise people didn’t know until that day (what do they think I am) anyway, I was refunded the amount I would have saved had I been given a choice of waiting, thank you freedom for that. Oh, I was also told the lovely girls who served me felt terrible, don’t, and I apologise for giving you lovely girls any of the blame you were wonderful, shame on you freedom furniture, especially if the BS I was fed is true BS.
Cannes sun lounge. Product is Inferior. refer to photos paid $ 750 for warranty and they will do nothing. I’ll never buy a thing from freedom ever Again . Bowing wood. Splitting. If you buy from them don’t purchase the care plan as they never hold up to their word !!! Your response is absolute bull…. I called guardsman and they still won’t do anything. It’s called a Sun lounge for a reason because you’re allowed to be able to sit in the sun and I expect it to be in shade so they won’t cover the wood so there’s nothing you guys will do at Freedom’s end or at the warranty end so your response is absolute lies. Do not trust this company.
