I prepaid for a package of three massages to use with a massage therapist that I really liked. I was only able to use one of them with that therapist and she is no longer employed with the company. When they called to let me know and see if I wanted to reschedule. I asked for a refund and they would not give it to me. I'm so glad I did not get a yearly package. Buyers beware you will not get your money back and I have heard they are hard to break contracts with. I've only used the one massage therapist who was absolutely great really sad. They weren't able to keep her on board.
I have had a monthly membership at Fuchsia for quite some time, and finally decided based on all the changes that have occurred and all the staffing changes - to cancel my mthly membership. While I understand that financially they made changes to help with the cost to do business - another increase in the monthly service, a SURCHARGE to use one of the "master" therapists are now being applied, and the lack of availability in getting in. Quite honestly, I used to walk in and feel like the red carpet was rolled out, yesterday I felt like my business did not matter. When I said I wanted to cancel, "long story short" was basically told I would have 30 days to use the 5 remaining credits on my account. I was informed I could transfer the credits to friends/family if I wanted, since I stated I would not be able to use them all in 30 days. Not sure why would I want to give away services that I purchased - that I paid for, but understand it is an option. Now grant it, after my appt, the young lady at the front was much nicer and tried to offer the alternative of Freezing My Account, but again, with a monthly fee to Freeze it.
I had a wonderful experience at Fuchsia. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, my massage was incredible and the infrared sauna was perfect. I would definitely recommend this spa!
Cayla gave me a facial a few days ago and I’ve never had a better service. She was so kind and gentle to my skin. My skin has never looked so healthy and glow!. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting a 11/10 service. She goes above and beyond and treats her clients with love and respect. Thank you so much Cayla Cunningham for everything!!!
Wonderful experience! My esthetician Milana was so knowledgeable and she was honest. I asked her to educate me and she did. First time I’ve been to a spa where no one pressured me to add anything nor buy products. The girls at the front were incredibly kind and professional as well! This was everything I had hoped for.
