It was my first time going to Gilbert Nail Spa and I was not disappointed. Hana did an excellent job on my dip nails, she was very gentle and did not rush. I also had a pedicure and did not get the lady's name that did it but she was excellent too!
My pedicure experience here was terrible. It honestly felt like torture. To start, the water was scalding hot. My nails were cut so short that my toes were literally bleeding. I’m not sure whether the technician was careless or malicious. The whole experience was just painful and not enjoyable at all. Even hours later my toes are still tender. To top it off, the quality was absolute garbage, as you can see in the photos, my toes don’t look good. You can also see where the injuries occurred. You couldn’t pay me to return to this place.
Tracy is amazing! She always does such a great job on my dipping powder nails—super clean, smooth, and long-lasting every time. She’s detail-oriented, efficient, and makes sure my nails look perfect before I leave. I always feel well taken care of and love how my nails turn out. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for quality work and great service!
My first visit to Gilbert Nail Spa was a great experience. Very friendly staff and clean spa! I had a great pedicure with Lyly and J’li did an awesome job on my fingers and eyebrows. I saved about $30 with their 20% off first time customer deal! Call and schedule an appointment today!
Terrific Pedicure Today! Very nice staff, great Nail Tech. Nice foot lower leg massage. Another massage withe heated stones. Not around this area much but, when I am I will definitely stop in and see them again. Highly recommend
