I recently visited Galleria Furniture in OKC to shop for a new living room set. The showroom is spacious and has a wide variety of styles to browse. One associate, Sandy, was especially helpful and patient in walking me through options. That said, my experience wasn’t perfect. I found their return/exchange policy to be very rigid (I was told there was only a 48-hour window). Also, delivery and follow-up service left me frustrated — parts of my order came late and communication was minimal. In short: great selection, decent prices, and some employees truly care — but be very clear on their policies and don’t count on strong after-sale support. I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars overall.

We were greeted promptly and our salesperson seemed to quickly understand what we were looking for. The sales process was very smooth. We opted to bring our furniture home rather than pay $160 plus the wait to get us scheduled. We bring in the recliner, assemble it and it doesn't work. Everything was connected properly. Within 2 hours I'm calling back. I'm told it will cost $85 just to come look at it because we didn't choose delivery. They came out, discovered wires were pulled away from a necessary connection. Parts were ordered and 3 weeks later, + another $85 they can fix it. Never have I ever had to deal with such attitude when dealing with customer service and truly no real customer service. I would NEVER buy from them again. 😠

Very helpful and friendly, but gave me time to look and decide without pressuring. Prices were great! I am very pleased with how accommodating my salesperson, Kayla Taylor, was. She deserves a raise!

An abundance of grewr designs and quality choices on 2 floors. I had to walk the floors several times to see it all and ultimately find the perfect fusion of pieces to make a statement for my foyer that worked together with my existing pieces: a large painting with mixed metallics, chairs and a in-laid custom Brazilian tiled floor that has a "pop of blue" that I wanted to emphasize. Loved working with Chloe. (Graphic artist background). Not only did she listen to my needs & design/style/color preferences she offered me graphic design support to play with different options on her brilliant design app! End result; perfection & a happy customer. Thank you and I will be back.☺️

When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a salesperson. She was very nice and informative. She took us to exactly what we were looking for (performance material sofas). She worked to get us the best deal she could, and everything I looked at was in stock. The other furniture stores in the area did not have anything in stock. The pickup process, we elected not to have Galleria deliver, was fast and professional! We will definitely buy from here in the future!
