What a great experience. Great selection in every price range! Helpful, not pushy sales associates. Darryl was amazing! We found our dream set and he was quick to show us things we wouldn’t have looked at on our own, taking into account our family size, pets, lifestyle and longevity we were aiming for. Excellent!

Alyssa was wonderful!!! I have recently purchased a home and been coming in every month. When Alyssa is working, she always greets EVERY customer in her area. I cannot say that for all. I've had to ask for help. Not with her. She is on it! I've been in a customer service industry for 40+ years. I recognize GREAT customer service when I receive it because it's rare these days. Alyssa does just that...Services the customer, listens and engage! I love ❤️ it! I bought the first piece and came back looking for her! Of course, she greeted with a smile and I bought the second piece, the next week! Please make sure you applaud her on her excellence in customer service!
We so disappointed with the way Mathis conducts business. We bought 3 bed frames and only two were delivered with a promise of the third being delivered within two weeks. The delivery people marked that they delivered three beds and damaged our wall because they were leaning the headboard on the opposite wall. They were not apologetic at all. We called customer service and they said they’ll send someone to come check it out but it’s been three weeks and nothing so far. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. The only good interaction we had was with the sales person, Audrey. Now we don’t have a bed frame for 3 weeks, our wall is damaged, and their representatives avoid speaking to us. Everyone from front desk to delivery has been unprofessional in the way they treated us. Also we had scheduled a time with a designer to help us furnish our home and while we were waiting for her she texted us on a short notice asking to reschedule and for our address which she should have had when we set up the time. Not to mention she had a very mean and disgusted look from the very beginning. What a nightmare! Don’t waste your time and money with them.
