Go elsewhere. This place will try to nickel and dime you on top of being already overpriced for the repair. $30 for diagnostic on top of $90 to replace what I already know is that the port needs to be replaced. Go here if you like spending extra for nothing. Part is literally $10 but charging $120 to replace my charging port.

I was told they had pokemon soul silver and platinum in stock and was quoted 150$ each for the game in the case. So I gave them the cash and waited patiently. After a week I called for update and they told me it's still in transit. So I waited patiently for another week. I then called and they told me it needs to be authenticated and they are just waiting on that. 5 days later so it has now been 19 days since handing them 300$ cash I again call and they tell me the same spiel. I ask for tracking info and they tell me to call back Monday so I say if like a refund and the manager tells me "go ahead and come get a refund because peter pan doesn't work there and he can't make magic happen". So I handed them 300$ cash for a game I was told was in stock, waited 19days for my games and somehow I'm unreasonable for expecting my games.
