I smashed my cell phone screen on my Google pixel 7 pro at about 1700 on Wednesday 02.19.25. I panicked as access to my life is on that phone. I soon discovered I had no warranty or insurance on the phone. I went on line about 2030 looking for repair service for pixel phone. I was directed to Tuscon cell phone repair. They had a 24 hour number so I called and at 8:30 at night they answered. I was told they had the screen in stock and if I came to the office at 0900 the next morning they could do the repair immediately and have me out the door within the hour. I met them at 0900 and gave them the phone. I went and ate breakfast when I returned to shop the phone was "good as new" . The price was very reasonable! The repair was timely! The whole experience was good and professional. If I break my phone again I know where I'm going for help. I recommend them without reservation. Ed Whitaker

Very good experience. Alex at the front desk save me from making big mistake and trusting assuring with my gaming council. I know I would have ended up paying way overboard if I would have gone the other way. But you can bet that Alex and the rest of the staff at the warehouse will make sure you get treated well and you get an honest outcome. No liars no haggling just true honesty. Highly recommend this spot for all your gaming needs.

Excellent, fast service & very friendly! I called around for the cheapest quote for my samsung s22 ultra phone screen. It was completely shattered & the screen was half black. they were able to repair it the same day, it only took about 45 minutes! And they also put the liquid glass protection on! I'm not from the area and I was only in town for the day, so I'm extremely thankful! There's a bunch of retro-arcade games as well! I definitely recommend, they are great. Thank you so much again! 😊 Edit for update: Within a week, my camera wasn't working properly, it was completely black with no picture. The owner said they don't offer a warranty but said he will replace it again. I drove back down, had the screen replaced again & everything was working fine. Now, I have to get an entirely new phone. I have no service or 5g internet. The back end of my phone was put together by what I'm assuming is super glue & the antennas weren't put in correctly. The battery has been swelling this entire time, so that caused damage to my phone completely. Overall, I should've just paid a little extra money for an actual professional fix. In my opinion, I would take your business to a professional cellphone repair shop to avoid any future difficulties!

I didn't get my phone repaired. I did however call to get price on how much it would cost to get my phone repaired for both front and back. Was given 150 then took my phone in, was notified via text that they needed the money so sent payment, but they only took 130 and was given different information that it would cost about 300+ and the 130 was just a down payment. If the sales person was more specific on the info, I probably would have kept it there for repair.. especially if the young guy up front wasnt sketchy in his detail and giving me wrong information.

I came here to get a refurbished phone since my old one was ready to be replaced. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. I felt like they treated me as a friend but professionally as a customer as well. It felt good to be treated kindly especially since I am not very technologically savvy, and I need as much help as I can get. I would recommend coming here to have repairs done or to buy a refurbished phone. They are quick, kind and affordable.
