Yesterday, Lukas came to help me with my garage door openers which were malfunctioning.Despite changing batteries, it worked intermittently. I also wanted to know about why my door was so heavy, would slam shut if manually opened, and sounded like it had crickety arthritis as it moved. In five minutes he had the garage door openers fixed, programming three for me. Then he looked at the springs, how the door slammed shut dangerously. I asked if I needed a new door. Then he explained why I had the problem. My springs, now 20 years old (lifespan expected-5-7 years) were in need of replacement. My 10 rollers had cracks. I was so happy that he was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient. I asked him to repair those changes for me and he did in an hour and cleaned up the area quickly afterwards. My neighbor saw how efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant that Lukas was and asked if he could com check his garage too. I highly recommend Lukas with Garage Door Medics.

This was my second time using Garage Door Medics, and I’m genuinely grateful they left their phone number on a sticker on my garage five years ago. I was out of town and, in a rush, called another company first. They arrived quickly, but the moment they saw my older unit, without even taking a close look, they said there was nothing they could do and left. I noticed the Garage Door Medics sticker, gave them a call, and they sent a technician out right away. He immediately identified the issue, re-engaged the door in seconds, and took the time to show me exactly how to do it myself in the future. He then walked me through two different options to fix my remote issue, and within 45 minutes everything was fully resolved. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’ve saved their number in my phone this time so I won’t make the mistake of calling anyone else again.

Installation was great. Travis, employed by Garage Door Medics completed my replacement garage door installation. Showed up on time, installation came out great. Explained how everything worked, took the time to make sure my wife and I understood. Outstanding! Great company to work with. Did my research and they offer top line gear. Employ their own installers. In the end: did everything they said they would do. Compare that to Home Depot. Add my job to their list of five star reviews.
I called these guys because my garage door was making an awkward noise. I’ve used them before to replace the springs and they did a great job. This time, I was serviced by Alfonso Lopez. After careful inspection, he recommended replacing the motor. Since the existing one was over 10 yrs old and we open our garage door about 10 times a day, I knew it was time. There was three things that stood out to me about Alfonso. He was professional, respectful, and hard working. It was easy to make my decision. He explained all my options and gave me his expert opinion. The installation process was flawless and done in a timely manner. I will continue to use Garage Door Medics for all my future needs.
