She walked me through their online product catalog and was very transparent about pricing up front. I ultimately decided to go with a custom pendant. I was very particular about what I wanted, down to the millimeter, and Becky and her team worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for!! The final weight ended up being less than quoted, so Becky adjusted the price appropriately, which was a very pleasant surprise. 10/10 I will definitely be shopping with Gem Classics for my future fine jewelry needs.
