Ordered a seasonal gingerbread chai which was a bit on the sweet side but still good. The matcha was good just on the lighter side and could have done with a more concentrated matcha and less milk taste.
Open early. Robust pastry case, and day old options. Largish space with outdoor seating. Friendly staff, and one killer Mexican Mocha. Be ready for the spicy variety, rather than the mere raw chocolate version. Areas for craft product sales, everything clean and tidy.
Best coffee shop ever! The staff is sincerely friendly the coffee selection was great. The actual coffee came out perfectly and the cruisant was the best one I ever had. Wish this was my neighborhood coffee shop, I'd come here everyday!
I visited this coffee shop today and I have to say, overall I liked it. The service was pleasant and polite, and my drink was prepared fairly quickly. I had an iced matcha latte, and I really enjoyed it. It’s important for me that I was able to get a non-sweetened drink — they use pure matcha powder with no added sugar. The space is quite open, with plenty of seating. They also sell various handmade accessories, which you can either buy or simply look at while waiting for your order. I sat at a table, and to be honest, it was a bit dirty — as were some of the nearby tables. I wish it had been a little cleaner. Still, my overall impression is positive. I think I’ll come back to try their coffee, since I haven’t tasted it yet.
Loved the friendly customer service. The baristas knew some customers and greeted them in a casual and friendly way. There were lots of people studying/ working and some socializing, so my type of vibe. Music wasn't too loud. Great place for takeout, meeting a friend or working for a few hours. I loved that they had a community board and a pet voting board and loved the full size mirrors at the end. Loved the low key and local vibe and my iced matcha was great!
