As first time home renters we have truly enjoyed our experience with Green Residential! Coming from traditional apartment complex management, it has been a breath of fresh air to have a team so responsive and supportive. Jeremiah, our property manger, was excellent in supporting us through the move-in process, as well as coordinating all maintenance requests in a timely manner. Definitely recommend to those looking for management company, or renters considering a Green Residential property!
Arianna made the whole process to rent the adorable apartment at Residences at Piney Shores very simple. She guided me all the way through. Not only that, it was super fast! She accommodated my moving date needs. I was super happy when she simply said “yes, you can move in 2 days; we will have the apartment ready for you” Just like that! So far, I love living at Residencies at Piney Shores. This place is so beautiful and peaceful, I seriously feel like I’m on vacation every single day :)
Run!! The house is currently for sale. It’s invested with Termites. We moved out in August of this year. The property management never came out and never returned a phone call. We stayed living with a leaking refrigerator, a broken front gate and stove with one burner out! I took excellent care of this house even though they didn’t seem to care about their own property and I’m truly disappointed with this team. If you’re thinking about renting from them, I would think again. I got an email today with bogus charges they decided to add so they could try and keep my deposit. But I took pictures of everything in that house and I left it in excellent condition!
