I’ve been a landlord for several years and have worked with a few different property management companies, but PropertyCare has easily been the best experience so far. Their communication is clear and consistent, they handle maintenance requests quickly, and I always feel confident that my tenants are being taken care of. Very bad experience. I was trying to contact them through Zillow. They never contacted me. I was interested in one of their houses. An external agent helped me. Then, in the application, I explained that 5 months ago I was a contractor. They saw my bank statements where I generated more than triple the rent of the house, both as a contractor and with other income. Even so, they told me that if my job was as a contractor, I should have 2 tax returns as a contractor. So, technically, they did not want to rent to me in any way.

I rented a home under this management company and they were sweet and nice in the beginning. They did respond in a timely manner for anything I neeeded but they kept my $1500.00 deposit. I left the house clean and had pictures and video to prove it. No damage to the home so they had to apply the deposit somewhere. So they charged another fee for cleaning and paint. I lived there 3 years. I would definitely stay away from this company. They need to be investigated someone is getting rich off of our deposits. Once you pay your deposit, consider it gone!
