Andere Rückmeldungen heben jedoch Wartungsprobleme hervor: veraltete Geräte, Probleme in Umkleidekabinen und Duschen sowie Schlaglöcher auf dem Parkplatz. I must agree the gym is in a sad state of dis repair. Not to mention the awful.pot holes out side that are never fixed. Exercise equipment is far to close to each other very claustrophobic and spread over the entire floor. Slips trips,falls easy to have the ways it is at present OMG update January 2026 look up at the ceiling in the changing rooms and showers!!!!! Jim please fix this,don't get the lovely Polish lady to wash it away,treat it!!!! It's very dangerous
I’d echoe some of the previous reviews. Multiple membership promotions annually, obsessed with hyrox to the detriment of other members, there’s loads of issues. The showers are always cold and spa equipment often out of order. The locker area is in dire need of a re-do and a lot of gym equipment sits for weeks or months without being fixed or replaced. The car park is a minefield with the potholes and dodging hyroxers jumping in front of your car. This gym has a great location and fantastic facilities beside it, but can’t help feeling I and other members are taken for granted. Fix the things that need fixing as opposed to constantly chasing new members. April update: another membership promotion, car park still a disgrace and changing rooms no better…. August update : you never post your bank holiday opening hours on social media beforehand.. December update: potholes never fixed in car park is indicative of the owners attitude to this place. Shower area is an absolute disgrace now , arguably a bio hazard
The Gym is in a sad state of repair..Cobwebs, holes in the Studio Walls, the Air conditioning doesn't work, their is No block from the windows as Sun is strong. There is no door to block the Heat into the Ladies changing room as there is MOULD on the Roof tile. There is BROWN RUST STAIN ON THE CROSS TRAINOR MACHINES TheRE ARE cobwebs... and holes in the studio walls. The SHOWERS Are like PRISON SHOWERS... DISGUSTING I have never seen a gym in this state, very bad. THEY ONLY appear to spend money on their bars.. The only good thing is the Staff & PT are all lovely.. and know how bad it is.. It's time the Devenish owners sorted this Ancient Rusty Gym. And made an effort on updating. CLEANING this DISGUSTING STATE THIS GYMS IN
I wandered back through the doors last night (Wednesday abit busy) I must confess I was very pleased with the welcome hence the creation of this review, reception was excellent, friendly, professional and clearly knows how to put member at ease. The facilities are in good order and it felt comfortable to be back training. Highly recommended.
It's either poor management or the owners don't care. Front desk staff are not welcoming. There's a new older man in the last few months who is pleasant, but the other guy that sits on the front desk is just bad for business. I've been going for years, but no more. The equipment is beyond poor. There are maybe 4 non free weight machines that are dilapidated. you can't even use them all as the weight stopper isn't there most of the time and you have to go looking for it. The treadmills cut out if there are more than 5/6 people on them. It's a great location that's been turned into an absolute mess. Paid for a year. Keep the money guys!. Total shambles you have created.
