Serg and his crew did a wonderful job installing a new furnace for my elderly sister. They also repaired her AC and installed a new water heater, because it wasn’t functioning properly. You cannot get anyone better than them especially in Washington DC. They were timely and answered all our concerns. Very honest with their prices and even removed items blocking AC unit. Will continue to refer them to others in the H Street Community especially
Excellent customer service, super responsive, and high quality work. I am very glad I reached out to Serge! I didn't love this split unit in my home but I inherited it from the previous homeowner. I called Serge last spring when my split unit AC malfunctioned. He was one of the few techs in the area that actually serviced mini splits - most techs did not and it was hard to find someone who could come on a weekend. It was a quick fix then this spring a major part malfunctioned. Serge was extremely helpful working with the manufacturer rep for the warranty claim. Ultimately, I had to get the entire unit replaced. He found a better unit set for me and did everything he could to make sure I got a fair price. I got a second opinion from another HVAC tech but it did not beat the price I got from Serge. I'm very satisfied and will keep Serge on my roster for future AC issues!
