Within hours, Dwayne invited us back to the showroom to review options and brought in multiple staff members including the vice president (Luca) and his supervisor (Rachael) to help resolve the mix-up. They quickly identified the issue, took responsibility, and offered us a loaner dining set so we wouldn’t be without one during the holiday season. Their professionalism and urgency made a stressful situation feel manageable. We were genuinely impressed by how prompt, attentive, and accommodating everyone was.
