I had the worst experience of my life at this pet shop, and I am absolutely heartbroken. I have a Golden Retriever, and I very clearly authorized only a light trim, especially around the ears. What they did instead was completely shave and butcher my dog’s coat. They cut the entire ear hair shorter than the ear itself, uneven, choppy, crooked — it honestly looks like a five-year-old pulled his hair and used scissors without any skill or care. My dog is completely unrecognizable. He does not even look like a Golden Retriever anymore. The coat is destroyed, uneven everywhere, and the ears are especially shocking. I truly did not think it was possible to make my dog look bad — but somehow, they managed. To make things worse, this service was almost $150, which is absolutely unacceptable for the result we received. I left crying. I am traveling internationally with my dog to Brazil for vacation, something I had been planning carefully, and now my dog looks nothing like himself. This was not just a bad haircut — it was careless, unprofessional, and devastating. If you own a Golden Retriever or any double-coated breed, do not come here. They clearly do not understand breed-appropriate grooming or how to respect a client’s instructions. I am beyond disappointed and would never return or recommend this place to anyone.

My dog’s groomer, Chloe, was great; and I appreciated how patient and enthusiastic she was to care for my pup. 5 stars for Chloe only. The treatment from the rest of the grooming staff and sales floor staff ruined my experience. Morale is poor and I was spoken to and treated like a burden. Chloe was the only staff member to treat me like a human, and I could tell my dog was comfortable with her. Thanks Chloe!

PetSmart has everything for our cats they love the n u l o and Tiki cat dry Kibbles and the applauz canned food and of course Fancy Feast Florentine tuna and salmon got to keep my kitties happy

For a pet store, this location is always neat/clean & stocked well. They have a great deal of parking, shopping carts are always neat/stacked, & it's well stocked with several variety of options. Unsure about the grooming portion, but I will say I see pets come & go so they must be doing the job right. Every visit, I'm always able to find what I'm looking for so the shopping experience is easy. The lines are never too busy & the employees give good customer service. Overall, it's a really good location!

We had such a great experience with Yaya at PetSmart! After a previous negative encounter with another groomer, I was hesitant to return, but Yaya was professional, kind, and incredibly patient with my nervous pup, Pippa. She even corrected my booking mistake and ensured everything was done perfectly. I left her a gratuity and will absolutely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!😇
