This store is absolutely beautiful! So many pretty items to choose from throughout the store. I purchased some beautiful napkins, lovely counter spray and a few other things. The customer service is amazing. They were very knowledgeable about their merchandise and friendly to the customers. I definitely will be back.
Came in for Jellycats and the one lady followed me as I looked around and just stood there watching me as I tried to find the specific Jellycats. Very uncomfortable experience and needless to say to say, I went to Crate and Barrel + Nordstroms to buy gifts instead. I usually like supporting small businesses but not anymore. They’ve lost their charm and why them when I can order directly online and Nordstroms/C&B/Target will have what I need plus provide great service.
So today i went into the store and was just looking at all of the different items and actuality purchased some earrings but the entire time i was in the store a lady by the name of Cathy glared at me and followed me throughout the store. She asked me three times if she could help me. I explained several times no im just looking and would let her know if i needed anything. I just wanted to take my time and look at all the different things. She made me feel so uncomfortable by following me and glaring at me. I will never go back to this store. She stalked mme the entire time and was very rude while i was paying for my purchase.I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Cathy needs more duties to do than to make someone feel that uncomfortable. I went back to my work and told my coworkers what happened and evidently they have felt the same way when they went there. I work a couple of stores down and will never return. She needs a class on etiquette. It was a horrible experience.....
Holidaze & Gifts wandered in to this lovely little gem. In town visiting family and had some time to kill. This is one of the most adorable shops I’ve ever been in. They had so many beautiful Christmas decorations, and very unique gifts. A very sweet customer took a picture of of me modeling some holiday headbands. Money was definitely spent, and I will absolutely be returning to this adorable shop.
