I’m very disappointed with my experience at iCryo 4S Ranch. They made unauthorized charges to my FSA card for four consecutive months. When I noticed the charges, I immediately requested a refund. Despite multiple calls, voicemails, and emails, I only received a refund for one of the four months. Another issue is that they do not have any publicly listed or easily accessible email address, which makes resolving billing problems extremely difficult. Communication has been very poor. Tyler, the manager, if you see this: Please refund the remaining months and respond to the voicemails and emails. This situation should never take this long to resolve.
I went to do a service here and before I did my service I told them, “I will be getting a surgery and when I get it I won’t be needing your services.” After I got my surgery they kept getting money from my bank through cherry even though I haven’t gotten any services done for 6 months. I asked manager for refunds and they didn’t want to refund me anything or want to refund me anything and want to keep withdrawing money. Cherry as well only a machine talks to you and it’s hard to get in touch with them as well. Just want to let anyone know how they are doing their job.
I have really enjoyed the experience that this place has to offer. The staff are amazing, make it a comfortable and fun experience every time. The benefits from relaxing in the sauna, to their hi-tech red light machine to the exhilarating cryo it makes your body feel so good.
What a great experience I had! Mimi helped me over the phone with a $25. Initial visit to try out the cryo. I absolutely enjoyed my time and they went out of their way to have me try out their other offers as well, like their compression and their sauna and their red light therapy. I will be taking my husband back for him to try it, and I will be trying their IVs in the future.
First time doing these kind of therapies and we are hooked! Glad they opened this location close to us! First of all let me say that all the staff are welcoming and amazing! Maggie was very informative in helping my husband and I feel at ease. We booked a Tour first. She told us about the various services offered like: Red light therapy, compression chairs, infrared sauna and my new fav iCRYO frozen chamber. I love it! Started at beginner level and on my 3rd visit went up to PRO. My body temp dropped from 94 to 61 . In 3 mins. Pretty amazing! Looking fwd to seeing the health benefits in our future visits. Place is clean, gets disinfected after each use and they give all you need to do the therapies to use while there ( iCRYO wear like shorts, top, socks, beannie, masks and gloves ) They also have an app that allows us to book session fast and in real time you'll see availability! Super easy! They also offer IV Infusions for various things like immunity and weightloss and anti aging. Don't be afraid to come on in and explore.
