What i thought from speaking to Richard would be a great choice, turned horrible. Gave me a price but he demands to be paid upfront, which im no fool! Parts was supposed to come on a Tuesday they wasn't in til Friday after being paid for parts. He had to reschedule twice. Day of fix i thought he was working a whole hour, he was sleeping waiting to be paid before he started working on my tv! Started working after being paid which took 24 hours of him being in my house on and off sleep because of the " air conditioning, and washing machine noise😒... got the tv fixed and the screen was not put back correctly so the back lights that he fixed is shining out of the side of tv. Talks you in to do business with him and this is definitely not a business I would recommend. 10/10 I do not recommend just buy a new for this messy business. One just to do a review because I wouldn't give that.

Our 65’ Sony TV all of a sudden stopped working and we couldn’t get it to work by trouble shooting it , this was a $1500 TV an d we weren’t ready to part with it. We called In home TV repair and met an intelligent an d personable gentleman named Richard. He took off the back of the TV and immediately diagnosed it was the motherboard. He took TV to shop replaced the part and delivered back to my home and it works like new. So happy with the service and the friend I met . Give this guy your TV biz

Richard fixed my complex TV issue that other technicians said was impossible to fix with ease. He was very professional and detail oriented. His price was very reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone!

Absolutely the best customer service I've received regarding my TV's and other electronics. I wish businesses had the knowledge that Rich had regarding products and replacing issues. We need more individuals like him. He needs to get a pay raise

Worst service I have ever seen. I paid him a deposit, he was 4 hours late, he came and turned my TV on and the sat and said he wanted $355 more before even looking inside my TV. He said it was for parts, labor, taxes and his travel to and from me. I wanted to know why I should pay him for doing nothing. He stated my $180 was his diagnostic fee. I asked him to leave my home and kept talking and debating with him as to why I need his service. I called another repair guy and he said this was a scam and ilthe whole thing shouldn't be over $250. I threatened to call the police to get this man out of my home. And his website is fake.
