Cool place! I really liked the overall vibe. I had the swirl, which combines the milk and matcha flavors. I added chocolate and black sesame/Yuzu sugar toppings. It was pretty good, not something I'd necessarily go back for, but definitely worth trying at least once. Service was fast and friendly!
Stopped by this place and glad we did. The soft serve are really flavorful. The swirl with the matcha was also good. Atleast that what my friend said. Worth a try! And the lady was really nice and helpful.
It was good, but not amazing. I have to preface that the limited edition pumpkin spice brûlée was absolutely delicious and so cute with the powdered sugar pumpkin design. However the ice cream itself was a little icy and missing that gold star quality that I would expect from Hokkaido imported dairy. Overall it was tasty, but not worth the 8 dollar price tag.
Parking is gonna be rough, but there is a paid lot around the corner. Customer service was fine and the cashier was nice. I ordered the matcha and vanilla swirl with strawberry syrup. It was a great combo, but the soft serve itself was okay. I don’t mind going back, but the taste/flavor doesn’t meet the hype it receives.
The Japan imported ice cream from Hokkaido was a highly anticipated place I expected to be amazing. I've had it in Seattle which was excellent. Unfortunately it did not match nor meet the expectations. I had the matcha with matcha mochi and powder. the ice cream was very creamy but not as delicious or delightful as the one I had in Seattle. The staff is a nice and the order came out very quickly so at least the line isn't too long or bad. The seating is very casual but can be limited. It's a nice dessert spot to have while in echo park but it's disappointing that the quality wasn't maintained when moving to LA.
