I called Infinity Garage Door’s to help me figure out why my door was springing up as I had just had my springs replaced, but I do have to mention that infinity door was not the people who had replaced my springs so I called them out to see if they could help me with what I thought was just loosening some tension, but I found out that the original Garage Door people Had put in the wrong size of spring. Yam, clearly explained what was wrong and I thanked him for his clear explanation of what was wrong and even though I didn’t use him to give me a new spring, I thanked him and paid him for his service of coming out and explaining things so well to me. If I ever need another Garage Door replaced, I will definitely be using Infinity garage door to do the work for me. Yam Was very nice and respectful and definitely recommend using them for your garage door needs.

I contacted Infinity Garage Door Service after googling and they were able to come out pretty quick to get us a few quote, no obligations. They also gave different price options, which was really nice. I even called another company just to get different quotes and possible prices but they wanted to charge to have them come out IF we chose not to go with them. Needless to say I clearly didn't use that company. Once I scheduled Infinity, they came out and replaced our old door opener and adjusted everything. Provide warranty for their work as well. My tech Yam, was amazing and very knowledgeable. Will for sure use them again for other properties if needed being that they work all over Austin area and will recommend to others!

I had a terrific experience with Infinity Garage Door Service. The technician, Yam, was friendly and professional. He replaced the ancient Lift Master with a new one. He also replace the worn out rollers and a cracked hinge. After installation, Yam helped me program the new opener to my phone. He spent some time explaining the safety features of the new system. I feel the price for the work was surprisingly reasonable.

Yam was so nice and answered all of our silly questions. He gave us practical advice on maintaining our garage and he quickly got the job done on replacing our torsion springs and repairing the tension rod that was pulling out from the stud. He even left a handy sticker near the garage door opener on our wall with his name, phone number, and service date. Love the 1 year warrant too!
