Paris is amazing. I’ve had multiple laser sessions with her, and every single one has been a great experience. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. She explains everything clearly, checks in throughout the session, and genuinely cares about your results and comfort. The treatments have been effective, and I’ve seen a noticeable difference much faster than I expected. On top of that, Paris has such a warm, calming energy that makes the whole process easy and stress-free. I wouldn’t trust anyone else - highly, highly recommend her to anyone considering laser treatments.
Skin Boutique at Southern Cross lane in Melbourne CBD is a well recommended clinic for your Laser treatments. I have been going to them for 4+ years and their service is consistently good. Professional work. I have been having very good outcome and no skin reactions what so ever. Their consultants are friendly and professional; very empathetic too. Keep up the good services you offer.
Nobody ever pickups the phone for booking. When finally u manage to book something they cancel it multiple times saying therapist was sick. They always want to sell and say it’s for unlimited duration and then your treatments expire as they weren’t technically unlimited. Last time I asked about how many treatments do I left and there was some confusion so one of the girls looked at another and said in a smirk her account always has a problem. While I have witnessed everyone having similar problems. Initially the place used to be pretty good. But now.. not sure how to continue going here. So much money wasted and hardly any results seen from treatments.
I’m not sure how i came across this place but I’m so glad I did! I get laser hair removal done with Maddi and I couldn’t be happier with the service she provides. She is so friendly and welcoming with her demeanour and also has a lot of experience and knowledge, making me feel very at ease and comfortable during the sessions. The whole team is so pretty and friendly too! The pricing is fair and not overly expensive either. I’m super happy :)
My therapist Melissa was absolutely incredible!! She has that “attention to detail” factor about her that leaves you with the most professional of results! Great work overall, I’m really satisfied with my laser hair removal session :)
