I believed my iPhone charging port was damaged and replacement was needed. Matthew (employee) looked at my phone worked his magic with a couple tools and within 2 minutes it was repaired. He shook my hand and didn’t charge me anything. Exceptional, honest service! Highly recommend and should any of my devices need repair this a will be the place! Great job!

Had my iPad 8th gen since it came out in 2020; I cracked my screen real good for the first and it’s my art iPad that I use, let me just start this by saying Soren is AWESOME!!! Keeps it 100% and wants the best for you and the usage of your tech!! I got some of these paper film screens; told me to return them and I’m going too, but MAN did he come and serve some AWESOME customer service!!! Also; literally the cheapest repair I paid for; I was getting quotes from other places like $169, for my iPad 8th gen, and he handed me a receipt; “$95…” I thought it was an error at first and he kindly let me know that it was indeed no error, I WILL BE COMING BACK IF I EVER NEED MORE REPAIRS!!! Ya’ll made my life so much better and I’m so glad I came to this store to get my beloved art pad going again!! You guys are the best and deserve 5/5 stars on reviews; truly impeccable work!!! I appreciate all the hard work you did for me Soren!!!! 😊 thank you!!!!!

Would not recommend purchasing a computer from this business. Sold me a MacBook Pro with a failing backlight without mentioning the problem, promised me that they would find a replacement for four months. Last week I spoke to an employee and he said they would find me a replacement and today I spoke to the owner and he denied me a refund or replacement (even though he said they would uphold the warranty or a refund the months and weeks prior). Unprofessional business and owner. I will be reporting to the BBB.

I went to multiple places prior and noone could help me and wanted to charge more. I spoke/dealt with Allen and he was so helpful! Did what he said and even got it done quicker than expected! Will definitely go back again if need be they are so professional and know what they're doing and don't overcharge like other places. I will definitely be recommending others to place if they need these kind of services.

I had cracked my iPad and they fixed it immediately for me! The staff was very knowledgeable about my iPad and they fixed it in a very reasonable time at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back here and recommend it to my friends and family! I tried two other places in Albuquerque and they were way too overpriced and we're going to take over a day here they only took 2 hours! doesn't even look like I dropped it :)
