Great classes and friendly atmosphere, staff is extremely supportive. Love the growth mindset that everyone has, it’s a great place for people of any ability/starting level. I’ve noticed improvements in flexibility, strength, and energy level.
This is my 3rd week and I’m loving it. It is exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for something more structured than just going to the gym by myself and I’ve found it. There is a set routine each day and the group is small. My biggest class has been 6 people with most being fewer. So it’s almost like having a personal trainer cause the coaches keep an eye on you and help with form but without the cost of 1:1 training. All of the coaches have been pleasant and great. They were very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. The burns can be a little intense but it’s a very positive environment and you are just encouraged to do your best.
My son had an injury that required him to take a break from basketball. Once he was cleared to return to sports by his physical therapist, we started training with the sports performance program at Iron City. It was a great way to ease him back in and prepare for the upcoming season. I truly believe it made a big difference. Jeremy and the other trainers do a fantastic job making the sessions fun and engaging for the kids. My son always looks forward to going.

On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, Iron City Elite is a square meal with your favorite protein, carb, and fat. For me, that's grilled chicken with broccoli, sweet potato, and parmesan. Iron City Elite is set off of Route 88 with plenty of parking. While I had no trouble finding the front door with the noticeable gym logo, it took me a second to realize I needed to go all the way down the stairs to find the gym space. Currently, I work with Coach Emily one-on-one, and I've been so grateful for how she tailors workouts to my body's needs. I workout quite frequently as an aerialist, and I wanted to work with someone who would help me target injury prevention and weak muscles. Iron City Elite also offers group classes, but I haven't attended one so I can't speak to that. The one-on-one coaching is great though, and I highly recommend this gym!
