The cancellation process is an utter joke. You have to fill out a bunch of useless information and then have to wait 14 days just for them to get back to you. Then they wanted more info… how hard is it just to cancel a membership… For this reason I’ll never train here again. Seems like a desperate attempt to get one final payment from you…

Great facilities but if you’re looking to leave the gym be prepared to pay 2 months membership until it’s cancelled. Cancelled my membership on the 5th of September, didn’t get an email back till the 2nd of October asking for more details and then the final email on the 16th saying that I’ll have to pay another months membership then it’ll be cancelled. Meaning I had to pay 2 months of membership for a gym I couldn’t even get too. The whole system for cancellation isn’t right. And the app sucks.

If you are looking for the best personal trainer that will adapt to all your needs and goals you need to train with Ania Szpilka, she is an amazing personal trainer, before I decided to train with her I didn’t have any motivation to go to the gym or live a healthy lifestyle thankfully, Ania Szpilka changed my life for the best, she is very knowledgeable about diets and workouts, she’s got the best vibe which makes you enjoy going to the gym even more! And every session is both fun and effective, I recommend with all my heart 😍

BEST GYM IN BELFAST BY A MILE! This super-mega gym is easily the most equipped facility in the area. Firstly, it's massive and the pictures aren't lying - there's enough equipment here for everyone - even at peak times. The first thing you'll notice is the ultra modern décor, very much 'death star', but it kinda works. The cardio area is massive and they even have an area specifically for training legs and glutes with the funky square lights (very popular with ladies). The Eleiko functional and weightlifting areas have amazing kit and the weights area, whilst it looks tiny, actually spans half of the lower floor - but you'd never know because it's 'hidden' away from the more visible areas of the gym. I think they do this to keep the 'bodybuilder types' from intimidating other gym goers? Upstairs, you'll find the class studio which hold many of it's classes (but no spin bikes or spin classes), and the changing rooms are cool too - both have saunas in them for post workout recovery. It's open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and you get unlimited free parking too. Have a look around if you're not sure about joining, but I guarantee you won't find a better deal than this place.
