Extremely happy with choosing the Jewellery Repair Workshop to fix my mum’s ring. I came in to have a missing diamond reset and immediately felt reassured leaving it in the hands of Simon and Ryan. They were incredibly welcoming, patient, and happy to answer all my questions. The care and respect they showed for such a meaningful piece truly stood out. In a way, my mum was brought back to life through the fix of this ring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - highly recommend, and I’m sure we’ll meet again.
Really happy with the service provided to repair an old silver ring. They weren’t sure if they could fix it and said they wouldn’t charge me if so. But happily they were able to and gave it a lovely clean too. Very happy to have my ring and would recommend for bespoke jewellery repairs!
I’m so so happy with how my ring turned out. I damaged a very sentimental ring and the lovely team at Jewellery Repair Workshop found a matching diamond to replace the one I lost AND mended the bit of chipped gold on the side. Magic! Truly don’t understand how they did that but they’re experts! I’d highly recommend them for any jewellery repair or resizing needs. Also the price was super reasonable.
I’ve used Ryan and Simon for a number of years for jewellery repairs, and have always had an excellent experience. So it was without question that we approached them to create two bespoke signet rings by repurposing another sentimental piece of jewellery. We were so well looked after from start to finish; with Ryan making the experience easy and seamless, and Simon a pleasure to collaborate with on the design. We couldn’t be happier with the final product and can’t thank Ryan and Simon enough for their dedication and craftsmanship!
I had my necklace repaired by Simon and he was amazing! Super friendly and took great care with my piece — he really understood how special it was to me. The repair was done so quickly, and the price was really reasonable too. It looks perfect again, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them if you need any jewellery repairs!
