He decided to have a ring made out of a family ring. Julie helped us design it. She does a phenomenal job listening to what he wanted. Now we have a one of a kind ring that is gorgeous!

I came to this store because my fiancé told me they did a good job on a repair to our daughter's necklace that had broken. I came in and waited to be helped as they were busy. I continued to wait while they finished up with other customers. While im waiting to be helped another customer comes in and is immediately helped, I mean the door didnt even close all the way before one of the associates came running to help her while I was still standing there. I walked out because clearly my race was an issue as I was next to be helped and was clearly ignored. Very disappointing.
