I recently took my car to this body and paint shop, and I’m honestly really impressed with how everything turned out. From the moment I dropped it off, they kept me updated and actually took the time to explain what needed to be done without trying to upsell anything. The quality of the paint job is spotless no weird lines, no color mismatch, nothing. My car looks brand new again. The team was friendly, the pricing was fair, and the turnaround time was exactly what they promised. It’s hard to find shops you can trust, but these guys definitely earned it. I’ll be coming back if I ever need work done again and will recommend them to anyone who asks.
I recommend this place to everyone!!! Pretty much my entire car had to be repainted and Joe did not disappoint. He was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and very timely! He also made everything easy having to work with my insurance. I had to rent a car (out of my pocket) for the duration of the repair, and I was being quoted 4-6 weeks at some other places. Joe was able to finish the job in one week AND it looks amazing!! Brand new!! And it smelled good/was vacuumed when I picked it up. I really appreciated their hard work and being so awesome, I will definitely be going back if I ever need a repair again!
After wrecking my Camaro I took it to another body shop and they wouldn't even come outside and give me a rough estimate on what it would cost me.driving by I saw Southwest Express collision stopped and spoke with Joe and he gave me a rough estimate. awesome customer service told me it would take about a month but it only took a week and a half . The paint matched perfectly Great customer service which you Don't see much of anymore I would suggest this body shop above and beyond any other one here in the Phoenix area my before and after pictures are proof enough. I will definitely take all my body shop needs to Joe. Once again Joe thank you for a job well done.
Joe was amazing! He was so professional and did a great job fixing my 2014 Dodge Charger! The front right end of my car was damaged after a collision, I took it to SW Express Collision and Joe made it look brand new!!! He is very consistent, professional and never leaves you wondering what's going on with the car when it's in his possession. He was very easy to contact and he was very consistent with keeping me updated on the progress. I highly recommend Joe and his shop for any and ALL of your cars needs! If you are looking for an honest, professional, collision shop that does excellent work, look no further. Joe at Southwest Express Collision was the answer to my prayers!! (Literally). I have a 2013 Dodge Avenger that was involved in a hit and run. My entire front end was completely damaged. I searched and searched for an honest shop but couldn't find one. They all were trying to rip me off. I finally found Southwest Express Collision by doing a "Collision shop near me" Google search and saw Southwest Express Collison. I read the wonderful reviews and decided to give it a try. Joe (who is VERY handsome, by the way) handled everything. He is very professional and kind. I sent him photos and he quoted me a very decent price. We communicated via email and phone. It only took 2 weeks and my car is like new!! I am very happy to have found this shop. Thank you Joe!!
